Alfredo Barbini began his career in 1925 and is widely recognized as Being one of Murano's leading figures of the 20th century. He is still creating outstanding art glass at the age of 95! Born in Murano in 1930, Livio Seguso's work is characterized by his unique style of integrating glass, marble, granite and wood to create combinations of transparency and intensity by the fusion of these very different mediums in his sculptures. Simone Cenedese belongs to the new generation of Murano master glassmakers. His interest in glass art began with his work at his father's glass furnace. He has succeeded in bringing modern style and design to traditional Murano glass techniques. He received the "AGO D"ORO" award in the year 2000 and was commissioned to design the award for the millionth visitor at the Doges Palace of Venice in 2001. All three artists have exhibited extensively internationally and had their works collected by numerous art museums and private collectors throughout the world.
